Can I request specific samples?
We do not offer product samples at this time.
What if my product arrived damaged?
If you received a damaged product in your order, please email us with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org along with pictures documenting the damage.
How do I change an item in my order?
We are unable to make changes to orders once they are submitted. As long as your item hasn’t shipped, we may attempt to cancel/refund and start a fresh order with your corrections. Please email email@example.com as soon as possible if you find an error in your order.
We’ll send you an email notification when your order is ready.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
The best way to see the total shipping cost is to place the items in your shopping cart as if placing a real order. You don’t have to go through with the payment to see the cost. If you aren’t ready to make your purchase, you can simply delete the order.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Within the USA, orders usually take 2-6 days to arrive once shipped.
International orders take 10-30 business days, but may be delayed at the border of the destination country as they go through customs.
Please note shipping time is independent from production time.
TAXES & FEES
We will charge taxes on orders being shipped within the US, according to the tax rates of the destination or as required by the state.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and Paypal. We allow our customers to save payment methods in their accounts to make ordering quick and easy. Credit card numbers are not stored on our server to prevent data theft. All of our website security certificates are kept up to date.
My payment was declined. What do I do?
If your payment was declined, the first thing to do is check that all the information was correctly entered. We verify the CVV number on the back of the card as well as the card name, number, billing address, and expiry date. If the card is declined multiple times, the next step would be to check with your bank and verify that the card is not over the limit or on hold. If this is not the case, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. While we cannot manually process the order, we can see if the payment is reaching our processor or not. It is rare that the payment gateway on is not working. If all the credit card information was entered correctly, and the payment was declined, it is likely the bank.
What currency is charged on your website?
Orders via the USA or international orders will be charged in US dollars.
Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.
In order to resolve cases, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date. For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.
In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, we reserve the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may send an email to email@example.com with your pictures and comments.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, we does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
If Digital Hart Studios, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Digital Hart Studios goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that are transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of Digital Hart Studios may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) by DigiCert. When you place an order online, the SSL scrambles and encrypts your information before it is sent to us over the Internet. This protects your personal and credit card information from being read while it is transferred through cyberspace. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission. After your order is placed, your credit card information remains encrypted at all times. We are never able to view your complete credit card information.
Fair Credit Billing Act
It is important to remember that you are protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act when shopping online as well. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or credit card company cannot legally hold you liable for more than $50.00 worth of fraudulent charges. The FCBA settlement procedures apply only to disputes about “billing errors.” For example:
- Unauthorized charges. Federal law limits your responsibility for unauthorized charges to $50.
- Charges that list the wrong date or amount.
- Charges for goods and services you didn’t accept or weren’t delivered as agreed.
In the unfortunate event that your credit card is used without your authorization, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
